Processing Time

All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. During holidays or high‑volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times within the United States are:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Upgraded Shipping: If available, options will appear at checkout

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product type. If free shipping is offered on select items, it will be clearly shown on the product page.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order ships, we cannot refund or replace the item.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. HaloKisses is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, but I will always do my best to help you navigate next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

• your order number

• a photo of the issue

I will gladly replace the item at no cost.
